Fill this form to have the opportunity to join the New Generations platform: submissions will be reviewed on a daily-basis, and the most innovative practices will have the chance to be part of the media's coverage and participate in our cultural agenda, including events, research projects, workshops, exhibitions and publications.
New Generations is a European platform that investigates the changes in the architectural profession ever since the economic crisis of 2008. We analyse the most innovative emerging practices at the European level, providing a new space for the exchange of knowledge and confrontation, theory, and production.
Since 2013, we have involved more than 3.000 practices from more than 50 countries in our cultural agenda, such as festivals, exhibitions, open calls, video-interviews, workshops, and experimental formats. We aim to offer a unique space where emerging architects could meet, exchange ideas, get inspired, and collaborate.

The new volume transforms the connection between the house and the garden.
This new room opens completely to the garden with a fully collapsible accordion door, creating a balcony-like connection between the living area and the new space.
With an entire window façade, the relation between the interior and exterior became evident and real.
This window, able to open and close fully, completely changes the natural lighting in the house.
As it’s fully open, this new window leaves behind the old situation of a small staircase and door that connected both spaces.
This room, designed to offer freedom of living, serves as an indoor-outdoor space with a strong connection to both the garden and the house.
The connection between the existing part of the house and this new volume is facilitated by two small staircases that link the kitchen with the living space and provide access from the living space to the basement.
The new kitchen connects with the living space through the library, since it works like a double-function piece of furniture, also being a support space for it.
